ROLE SUMMARY

The APRN will deliver primary care services to underserved populations in a school-based clinic environment. The role will be supported by a collaborative care team, which includes a behavioral health specialist and a community health worker.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and national board certification (FNP).
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
  • Must hold a valid nursing license in Kentucky as both a Registered Nurse and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Maintain necessary national certification and fulfill continuing education requirements, along with current CPR/BLS certification.
