Job Overview

Flamingo Paradise LLC is seeking a skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of casino operations and be able to effectively monitor and report on gaming and non-gaming areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Knowledge of casino table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Poker.
  2. Familiarity with slot machine games.
  3. Ability to operate Video Management devices and record pertinent activity on the digital recording system.
  4. Monitor the gaming floor and surrounding areas, maintaining a log of events and completing incident reports as necessary.
  5. Ability to use a computer, including Video Management Surveillance Systems and Microsoft Office products.
  6. Monitor automated bill breaker machines, automated gaming voucher and coupon redemption machines, automated jackpot payout machines, and automated teller machines.
  7. Thorough knowledge of property policies and procedures, as well as Nevada gaming regulations and house gaming rules.
  8. Must remain impartial and keep all actions and behaviors observed confidential.
  9. Assist in random team member audits and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prefer minimum 6 months previous experience in a similar position within the gaming industry.
  • Nevada Gaming Control Board registration required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Advanced mathematical comprehension required.
  • Must have Microsoft Office experience.
