Surveillance Specialist

Flamingo Paradise LLC is seeking a skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of casino operations and be able to effectively monitor and report on gaming and non-gaming areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of casino table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Poker.
- Familiarity with slot machine games.
- Ability to operate Video Management devices and record pertinent activity on the digital recording system.
- Monitor the gaming floor and surrounding areas, maintaining a log of events and completing incident reports as necessary.
- Ability to use a computer, including Video Management Surveillance Systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Monitor automated bill breaker machines, automated gaming voucher and coupon redemption machines, automated jackpot payout machines, and automated teller machines.
- Thorough knowledge of property policies and procedures, as well as Nevada gaming regulations and house gaming rules.
- Must remain impartial and keep all actions and behaviors observed confidential.
- Assist in random team member audits and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prefer minimum 6 months previous experience in a similar position within the gaming industry.
- Nevada Gaming Control Board registration required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Advanced mathematical comprehension required.
- Must have Microsoft Office experience.
