Job Description
This role provides an opportunity for individuals with mechanical design experience to transition into a Product Development Engineer position within 3M. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical connectors, cable, and tooling. You will participate in local and global product development teams, interact with customers and cross-functional teams, and apply your skills and expertise to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science or Engineering discipline, as well as three years of experience using 3D CAD software. A strong understanding of signal integrity concepts, experience with high-speed electrical cable/connector designs, and proficiency in Siemens NX CAD tool are also highly desirable. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interface with suppliers and customers, support existing products, and develop new ones.
