As a Quality Assurance Specialist for Product Development, you will develop and apply quality standards that meet company and customer requirements.

About the Role:

As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of our products and/or production equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Developing and conducting related tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Designing and implementing inspection and testing procedures to evaluate the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
  • Evaluating work methods, procedures, and policies to ensure they align with quality standards.
  • Tracking progress of qualification status, reviewing reliability test results, determining disposition of non-compliant products, and reviewing and releasing qualification packs.
  • Participating in audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience in a related field. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary: $93,700 - $132,000
