Miller Electric Company is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is a senior-level role designed to develop and grow the right candidate.

About the Role

This position will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in electrical contracting project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to on assigned projects.
  • Generate estimates and prepare project proposals to determine project feasibility.
  • Oversee project execution, including interfacing with clients and vendors to ensure expectations are met.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of company personnel and subcontractors.
  • Manage project finances, including billings and collections.
  • Frequent site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and plan for future labor/material needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and employees by consistently meeting expectations.
  • Provide feedback and reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • A College degree and 10+ years of experience in electrical contracting project management.
  • Strong understanding of electrical installations and proficiency in architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Mastery of Google Suite and computer-based estimating software.
  • 30 Hour OSHA Certification required within the first year.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
