Position Summary
The Client Engagement Specialist is responsible for initiating contact and providing support to clients seeking ABA therapy by effectively guiding them through the intake process.
This role requires an individual with exceptional time management skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude towards adjustments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Intake & Support
Establish initial connections with clients and foster strong relationships with families.
Guide families through the diagnosis process while managing a high volume of communication with both new and existing families awaiting a diagnosis.
Follow up on all logistics-related communication from the initial intake call to the completion of assessments.
Assess client needs, clarify information, resolve issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Communicate updates on all leads and referrals, reporting positive progress in services.
Create and maintain accurate and confidential client files in relevant systems throughout the intake process.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient workflow.
Obtain necessary signatures on start-of-care documents.
Schedule initial assessment appointments with families in collaboration with Operations and Clinical teams. - Projects
Engage in significant projects and assist in the implementation of new initiatives and processes. - Compliance
Adhere to Centria's Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and applicable Federal and State laws. - Reporting
Responsible for reporting any violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Sales and/or Healthcare.
Work Experience: Two to three years of inside sales or phone-based experience, with a proven track record in successful sales conversations and presentations.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) and G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet).
Other Competencies: Ability to follow written instructions, use computer software programs, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Working Conditions: Centria's office operates Monday through Friday, with additional hours or occasional schedule adjustments required to meet company objectives.
Physical Demands: This role may require physical activities such as bending, reaching, lifting, and pushing up to 30 pounds. It involves sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing.
