We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts/Rhode Island. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral intervention services to children and adolescents with neuro-developmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ABA and behavioral intervention services, including functional behavior assessments, positive behavior support plans, and in-vivo coaching.
- Collaborate with Case Managers and Program Directors to provide Individual, Group, and Family Therapy.
- Develop and implement clinical treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct assessments of functional skill levels and provide clinical consultation to direct care staff and families.
