Key Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will leverage their technical skills to address design issues related to aircraft equipment installations. Responsibilities include:
  • Designing the integration of aircraft equipment and crew station hardware, including Line Replacement Units (LRUs) and cockpit systems such as displays and radios.
  • Conducting trade studies to assess and optimize the form, fit, and function of equipment installations.
  • Defining and finalizing layouts for equipment and system interfaces.
  • Creating detailed Build-to-Packages for parts, assemblies, and installations.
  • Collaborating with various technical disciplines to ensure optimal integration at the aircraft level, considering factors like producibility, maintainability, and materials.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player, capable of effective communication and collaboration within an engineering team. Basic Qualifications:

Security Clearance:

Work Environment:
This role allows for part-time remote work, with a flexible schedule that includes 4x10 hour days, providing three days off each week. Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules to enhance employee flexibility.
