**Enhanced Compensation Structure**
Westfield Gardens Nursing and Rehab is currently in search of a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our esteemed team.
The primary responsibility of the LPN is to deliver nursing care within a long-term care facility, under the guidance of a registered nurse or other medical authorities.

**Compensation Details:**
Competitive pay rate of $41.00 per hour.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN; 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time positions and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for the 11 PM - 7 AM shift (conditions apply).
**Qualifications:**
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide nursing care in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
- Administer basic medical care, including changing dressings, giving prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.
