Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer questions, and recommending products to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures
- Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, contributing to the success of the store
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products to customer specifications, and stock shelves and set up displays
- Load and unload delivery trucks, assist with deliveries as needed, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and suggesting ways to improve sales
- Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a wage range of $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
