Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to students, staff, and faculty, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist students with applying for and processing educational benefits, including VA certifications, federal tuition assistance, and state tuition assistance.

  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and experience using an integrated student information system.
