Huda Beauty is a leading beauty company committed to building diverse and inclusive teams. We are seeking a talented Sales & Education Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, educating customers on our products, and building strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, coach and manage Sales and Event Specialists (freelance) and travel budget to support the territory
  • Demonstrate strong retail business acumen, and ability to Identify analyze and evaluate opportunities
  • Work closely with team to schedule calendar and strategize sales opportunities

What You Will Need:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years account management experience in prestige beauty
  • Experience in prestige beauty, SEPHORA experience preferred

Salary: $90,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on all Huda Beauty products.
