Huda Beauty is seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in the Americas. This role involves maintaining and expanding business relationships with key retailers like Sephora.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can drive business growth, foster strong partnerships, and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and maximize revenue opportunities;
  • Collaborate with Sephora's team to align sales strategies and drive growth;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Huda Beauty and Sephora, building and nurturing a strong professional relationship;
  • Coordinate meetings with internal teams and Sephora;
  • Manage pricing lists for all product categories and update them with new or discontinued SKUs;
  • Conduct competitive reviews of new product launches to share with internal sales and marketing teams;
  • Identify new opportunities and promotional initiatives to drive incremental sales;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth areas and propose innovative strategies;
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate the value of our brands and products;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles within the beauty industry, preferably working with Sephora;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry, including trends, competitors, and consumer preferences;
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software;
  • Strategic and adaptive; ability to efficiently anticipate, identify, and articulate problems in real-time;
