Senior Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing tools and scripts to ensure the quality of our financial services applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using UFT and Java/Selenium
  • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and tools to support our testing efforts
  • Collaborate with development and manual QA teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to improve our testing practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of software testing experience, with a focus on automated testing
  • 3+ years of experience with UFT programming, 5+ years of experience with Java/Selenium programming, and 5+ years of experience with SQL
  • Proven experience with keyword/data driven automation frameworks, Web Services testing, and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
