Job Overview

ICONSTAFF is seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clean energy client's software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks for hardware-in-the-loop testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation frameworks for hardware-in-the-loop testing
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify weak points and design creative testing strategies
  • Present test results and recommendations to customers
  • Work closely with Agile teams to deliver testing in line with software development
  • Contribute to the development of systematic software engineering practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher
  • Commercial experience developing and deploying test cases and test automation frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python, C#, or equivalent testing languages
  • Experience working with NI Labs or other HIL testing equipment
  • Strong understanding of software tools like Jira, BitBucket/Git, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience with AWS IoT tools and cloud products a plus
  • Background in the automotive industry a plus
