Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of maintenance personnel, including supervising, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for maintenance and repair programs, including tracking expenses and ensuring that all costs are within budget.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Ensure that all facilities are safe and well-maintained, and that all maintenance and repair work is performed in accordance with safety protocols.

Requirements
