Job SummaryQuick is seeking a highly experienced HUMINT Targeting Specialist Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our intelligence operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in HUMINT targeting operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level support in HUMINT targeting operations, including collection management, all-source analysis, and desk officer/reports.
- Develop and implement HUMINT collection, HUMINT lead generation/development strategies, HUMINT management, collection planning, and exploitation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize HUMINT targets.
- Conduct advanced analysis of human intelligence data to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain expertise in HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT targeting operations.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
- At least 5 years of experience performing Collection Management, all-source analysis, desk officer/reports, and 2 years of experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis.
- Category One (CAT-1) collector certification (e.g., Advanced Special Operations Training (ASOT) Level III, Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), or non-DoD equivalent).
- Graduate of the Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) and Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course, or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC) and Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC) for HTS SME.
