Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Propane Delivery Specialist to join our team at GROWMARK. As a key member of our energy delivery team, you will be responsible for safely delivering propane and meeting the needs of our customers in our trade territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver propane products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary industry training and certifications.
  • Promote company contracting programs and distribute sales promotion materials to customers and prospects.
  • Adhere to and support the company credit policy, checking credit history of patrons before making a sale, and explaining policy to new customers.
  • Collect accounts as needed according to credit policy.
  • Follow up on all customer complaints and seek solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional personal appearance and a clean and professional vehicle.
Requirements
  • Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong reasoning ability to solve practical problems and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement and a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision making.
