We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audio-Visual Systems Engineer to join our team at Advanced Systems Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of audio-visual systems in our meeting spaces and training facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of audio-visual-enhanced conference rooms and video conference spaces, ensuring uninterrupted functionality.
- Supervise the installation and setup of audio-visual equipment, including microphones, audio speakers, video screens, and projectors.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure audio-visual equipment is installed according to customer design and manufacturer specifications.
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to recommend equipment and solutions that meet their needs.
- Monitor project performance and address variances and issues in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Maintain audio-visual equipment in all conference rooms and meeting spaces through an aggressive preventative maintenance program.
- Diagnose, test, and resolve audio-visual equipment and media system issues that may interfere with efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain audio-visual equipment standards and documentation for ensuring global standardization of all conference room installations.
- 8+ years of experience in audio-visual operations and maintenance.
- Expertise with Crestron and QSC Systems and interfaces.
- Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Superior judgment and decision-making skills.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of A/V systems, projectors, flat panel displays, and technology.
- Unwavering commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent organizational and writing skills.
- Experience as a project engineer/manager, preferably with a large corporate entity or commercial institution.
- Superior team building and intra-team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong and innovative solution development and implementation skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise company-defined solutions that will generate measurable results.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- CTS-D, Crestron, and QSC certifications.
The compensation range for this position is $105,000-$138,000. ASG LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
