Exercise Physiologist

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing exercise programs for patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement exercise programs for patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is coordinated and effective
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient fitness levels and develop personalized exercise plans
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care
- 3 years of experience in cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation
- BS in Exercise Science or related field
- MS in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certification
- ACSM Exercise Specialist/Health Fitness Instructor certification (preferred)
