Solar Energy Sales Manager

As a Solar Energy Sales Manager at Stone Creek Roofing & Solar, you will lead a team of canvassers in promoting sustainable energy solutions in the Colorado Springs area. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective canvassing strategies and sales techniques to educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar canvassers
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies and sales techniques
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for your team
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to your team members
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or team leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

  • $500 weekly
  • Weekly appointment pay and over-rides
