Job Summary
Morgan Properties is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pool Attendant to join our team. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our pool facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect the pool and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of furniture and equipment.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of pool events.
- Enforce compliance with pool regulations and report any safety concerns to management.
- Treat residents with respect and courtesy, and report any incidents or suspicious activity.
- Verify resident identification and ensure they have a signed copy of pool rules on file.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be certified in CPR.
- CPR certification must be issued after September 2023 and must not expire prior to September 2024.
- CPR certification must include adult, infant, and child or pediatric certification.
- Online certification is not acceptable.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a flexible schedule that allows for weekend and holiday work.
- A background check and drug test will be conducted.
Benefits
Starting pay rate: $17/hour.
