Job Description

MDMS Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Managed File Transfer Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed file transfer technologies, including Tibco MFT, and experience working in Unix and Windows enterprise environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Tibco MFT experience in Unix and Windows enterprise environments
  • Proven hands-on experience in managed file transfer protocols and technologies such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, SSH, SSL, HTTPS, AS2, and secure file transfer methodologies
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in file transfer protocols, E2E development/testing of MFT flows, and industry standards for secure file transmission, network requirements, and API enablement
  • Strong understanding of batch job scheduling concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Stonebranch, CA7, Cron)
  • Solid knowledge of scripting languages such as shell scripting, JavaScript, web programming like HTML and JSP, Python, Ansible, SQL stored procedures for MS SQL Server
  • Familiarity with PGP and SFTP/SSH encryption algorithms, data security, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR) is a MUST
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to file transfers and batch job execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex system issues

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and the level of expertise required for this position.
