Job Title: Wealth Management Director

As a Wealth Management Director, you will be responsible for providing advisory-based sales and relationship management to attract, retain, and grow a portfolio of prospect and client relationships. You will deliver an exceptional client experience by demonstrating an understanding of and care for the client through proactive delivery of holistic advice and solutions designed to meet the client's specific financial planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes the business development strategy, sales targets, and sales results for the assigned region.
  • Develops internal and external networks and referral sources to grow business in the assigned portfolio/jurisdiction.
  • Enhances presence in the marketplace by collaborating with other experts to create an integrated business development plan.
  • Acts as the primary Relationship Manager for assigned client relationships.
  • Leads/assists with the creation of business proposals or presentations.
  • Produces client reports that demonstrate the value provided and assesses clients at risk for retention.
  • Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.
  • May network with industry contacts to gain competitive insights and best practices.
  • Proactively identifies client needs and concerns to diagnose and facilitate resolution of client issues.
  • Introduces subject matter experts to the client.
  • Shares wealth solutions expertise and product knowledge across the regional team.
  • Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Manages resources and leads the execution of strategic initiatives to deliver on business and financial goals.
  • Recommends business priorities, advises on resource requirements, and develops a roadmap for strategic execution.
  • Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
  • Acts as the prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensures alignment between stakeholders.
  • Bridges banking, trust, and investment disciplines together for client communications when the full relationship exists.
  • Breaks down strategic problems and analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues.
  • Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MBA certification preferred.
  • Experience dealing with HNW clients and equivalent knowledge base.
  • Certified Financial Planner is preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of all facets of wealth management.
  • In-depth/expert knowledge of Bank products, services, and capabilities.
  • Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $204,100, a salaried pay type, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
