As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering tailored mortgage consulting services to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage consulting services to customers, analyzing their needs and developing personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with branch associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and product offerings to ensure accurate and reliable information is provided to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, direct reports, and Emprise associates to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records throughout the mortgage process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years' experience with retail mortgage products or equivalent education and experience.
- Proven customer relationship management experience and proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
