About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to play a key role in elevating our customer experience. As a vital member of our team, you will own the customer journey from first contact through project completion, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values of excellence and care.

Responsibilities

  1. Maximize Sales Opportunities: Provide backend support to our sales team to ensure every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression.
  2. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Create positive experiences at every stage, ensuring each homeowner feels valued and appreciated.
  3. Customer-Centric Communication: Handle calls, emails, and inquiries, managing proactive communication to keep homeowners informed and prepared for their in-person meetings.
  4. Scheduling & Coordination: Work closely with homeowners to schedule consultations, inspections, and follow-ups, making sure no detail falls through the cracks.
  5. Follow-Up & Support: Manage leads, send estimates, schedule Zoom calls with out-of-town clients, and follow up to ensure nothing gets left behind.
  6. Personal Touches: Find creative ways to build long-term relationships that keep customers coming back again and again.
  7. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Support the outside sales team by ensuring they have everything they need before and after meetings to close deals.
  8. Sales Life-Cycle Management: Support the sales process at every stage, making sure we're hitting all the right marks to deliver top-notch results.

Requirements

  • Customer-Focused: You're passionate about making people happy and delivering exceptional service.
  • 1-2 Years of Sales or Customer Service Experience: Roofing or construction experience is a bonus, but we'll train you either way.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of everything without dropping the ball.
  • Strong Communicator: If you love talking to people and making sure they're taken care of, this is the job for you.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and email to keep things running smoothly.
  • Problem Solver: You don't get rattled by challenges—you find creative solutions.
  • Team Player: You understand that collaboration is key to success, and you're all about working together to crush goals.
