Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Digital Businesses team, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of invoice processing, tracking, and reporting of payments related to Global Risk, Analytics, Program Support, North America Digital Businesses, and StreamLabs.
  • Support and provide StreamLabs accounting consultants with weekly financials to ensure accurate close of month-end results.
  • Update and maintain StreamLabs contractor tracking with all appropriate details required.
  • Manage and support new or renewal contracts in coordination with legal.
  • Communicate effectively and work closely with accounts payables and treasury to ensure vendor payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and escalate open items as required to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Work on multiple projects in support of departmental goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to introduce process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting skills.
  • Experience in accounts payable and/or contract management is a plus.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, including being able to create, format, and manage spreadsheets as required.
  • Demonstrated success in time management, communication (both verbal & written), and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and committed to quality and accuracy.
