Work Schedule

The department operates daily from 5 AM to 7 PM, requiring a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, starting Sunday and concluding Saturday. Staff members will work two weekends and have one weekend off, with schedules provided in advance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of meals, ensuring adherence to both standard and specialized dietary requirements.
  • Utilize kitchen equipment safely, including electrical and mechanical devices, while handling sharp tools and lifting weights up to 40 lbs unassisted and 75 lbs with assistance.
  • Set up serving areas and distribute meals onto trays for customers, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
  • Maintain a standing position for the majority of the workday, being mindful of potentially slippery surfaces; appropriate footwear is required.
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing duties.
  • Safely operate vehicles as needed and assist in transporting food items, including navigating food carts.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently.
