Job Overview

Chatham Bars Inn, a Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Hotel, seeks a skilled Culinary Associate to join its high-energy team. Located on 25 oceanfront acres, the Inn offers a unique blend of luxury and natural beauty.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Chefs to prepare and cook menu items for the various restaurants, utilizing the finest local ingredients sourced from our 8-acre farm, local fish pier, and other areas around Cape Cod.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking menu items for the various restaurants
  • Working closely with our Chefs to ensure high-quality dishes
  • Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work environment
  • Following recipes and increasing or decreasing quantities as needed
  • Demonstrating good knife skills and seasoning food properly

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
  • 1-2 years or more of experience in the culinary field

Skills:

  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and work under pressure
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the team
