Program Coordinator Opportunity

MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our team in Greenville, SC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our Maintenance team, with a primary focus on the Maintenance Management Software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and manage technical data from Maintenance teams
  • Organize and budget training sessions with OEM organizations and technicians
  • Assist in tracking materials and deliveries for critical work orders
  • Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting schedules to support processes and audits
  • Lead or participate in site-wide projects as needed, collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field plus a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or project management, OR at least 6 years of professional experience in manufacturing, project management, or maintenance
  • Experience with Maintenance Management Systems
  • Knowledge of machine and tool repair
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions while managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
