About the Role

Adeaca is a leading provider of project business automation solutions. We are seeking a skilled Project Cost/Controls professional to join our team and help our clients transform their project business processes.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in project controls, with a focus on cost management, estimation, and budgeting. They should have a deep understanding of project accounting, billing, and revenue recognition, as well as familiarity with ERP systems and project applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Adeaca PBA, ensuring seamless integration with client processes.
  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies to drive client adoption of new processes.
  • Analyze and review customer project business processes, adapting them to Adeaca PBA.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to deliver strategic service projects following a defined Project Management Methodology.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience as a Project Controller, Project Cost Manager, or equivalent role.
  • Extensive knowledge of project cost controls, project accounting, billing & revenue recognition, estimation, budget management, change management, estimate at complete (EAC), subcontract management, cash-flow management, earned value management, and project KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Business system implementation and consulting experience with multi-million-dollar large-scale projects.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through the transformation of their financial and operational project processes. The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
