Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area, including requisitioning and stocking of all necessary supplies.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, adhering to standard recipes and practicing portion control.
  • Greet guests warmly and take drink orders, promoting our offerings and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Process transactions accurately, handling cash and maintaining accountability for all beverages served.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Ensure the quality of ingredients by managing the stock of fresh garnishes and perishables.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the bar.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a bartending role.
  • Valid certifications in Tips (or equivalent) and Food Handling.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
