We're seeking a dedicated professional to conduct employee trainings and provide safety support for various project construction sites in Germany and abroad. You'll work closely with local managers to conduct workplace assessments, coordinate and advise on the evaluation and implementation of safety measures, and assist with QHSE audits.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee trainings and provide safety support for project construction sites

  • Assist with QHSE audits and implement measures to address deficiencies and deviations

Your Qualifications

  • Successful completion of training as a specialist for occupational safety
  • Technical background with additional training as a master or technician, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or maintenance industries
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, and proficiency in using the MS Office package
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly, with a willingness to spend 4-8 weeks at project construction sites
