About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Host/Hostess to join our team at Legacy Hospitality. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their entire experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests with a smile, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements with ease, using our software to optimize guest flow.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a respectful and caring environment, upholding the high standards of service that our company is known for.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns with empathy and kindness.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Host/Hostess who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you have a caring and compassionate nature, a respectful attitude towards guests and team members, and the ability to maintain the physical demands of the position, we'd love to hear from you.

Knowledge and skills required for the position include:

  • Previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Must be caring, compassionate, and respectful.
  • Must be able to maintain the physical aspects of the position.
