Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with attorneys to ensure seamless progress.
  • Prepare documents, including joint statements, discovery responses, and mediation briefs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research on employment regulations, federal rules, and local court procedures to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Coordinate depositions, file documents, and maintain accurate records of hearing summaries and meet-and-confer calls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in civil litigation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including ERs, CRs, and Federal Rules.
