**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney with a strong background in wage and hour law to join our team at Justice Law Corporation. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated group of advocates who share your passion for fighting for workers' rights.

**Responsibilities**

  • Defend employees in legal claims related to Washington wage and hour laws, including representing them in federal and state courts and arbitrators;
  • Perform in-depth research on complex cases, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Communicate effectively with outside parties, including attorneys, employers, law enforcement agents, and administrative agencies;
  • Aid in the expansion of our thriving California practice and contribute to the growth of our firm.

**Requirements**

  • JD from an accredited law school;
  • At least 4-9 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial experience litigating and managing complex cases;
  • Expertise in wage and hour law, including experience with all stages of the litigation process;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients, negotiate settlements, and present complex legal arguments;
  • Able to work independently or within a team, with a commitment to advocacy and a passion for fighting for workers' rights.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The expected base salary range for this position is $148,285 to $234,844 annually, based on factors such as training, skill sets, education, licensure, and certifications, as well as market data and internal equity.
