Position Overview
Our client is in search of a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee their accounting team.

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising a small team and ensuring that financial data is accurately processed and reported to the upper management of the organization.

This role encompasses responsibilities such as month-end closing procedures, variance analysis, management of lease payments for land and buildings, oversight of capital expenditures, monthly financial forecasting, and the annual budgeting process.

In addition to financial oversight, the Financial Operations Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify the necessary support from information systems and technology, developing effective communication strategies for system enhancements.

Coordination with IT will be essential to implement workflows and manage the integration of systems, facilitating data extraction and automation.

Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- CPA, CMA, or CFM designation is advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in SAP
- Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
