KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized assistance.
- Create positive experiences for each customer, ensuring their needs are met.
- Build strong relationships with customers and foster a sense of community.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Parachute's brand and product offerings.
- Ensure the store remains organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
In light of health and safety protocols, adherence to daily health checks and sanitation practices is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Availability to work weekends and during peak seasons.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- A passion for home decor and interior design is preferred.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this role.
