Responsibilities:
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the community's finances, including accounting and business office functions. This will involve performing payroll administration, handling financial-based concerns from residents and their families, and recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. You will also be responsible for managing and directing all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including collections.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in business office management is required, with knowledge of state, federal, and/or provincial employment standards and practices. The successful candidate will also have the ability to perform or learn budget analysis and variance reporting, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $20.20 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays and PTO, community employees may receive annual anniversary rewards dependent on classification, and employees may be eligible to receive an Annual Scores Reward of $500 (Full Time) or $250 (Part Time) based on community survey results. We also offer a retirement savings plan/401(k) employer match, tuition reimbursement (U.S. Based Communities), and enrollment in benefits varies by employee classification; anniversary reward amounts vary by location.
