Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse with Sevita, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and implement healthcare plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
Communicate effectively with physicians and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training to staff to ensure the effective implementation of all related services
Monitor and ensure physicians' orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
Travel between multiple locations to provide support and be accessible to staff at all locations
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Effective communication skills – ability to communicate clearly with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families
