Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing all necessary repairs and improvements to ensure vacant units meet our quality standards for re-leasing.
  • Ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with general grounds maintenance, including picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, and performing general cleaning.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum.
