Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year


Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs. You will work closely with the Building Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and provide excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for scheduling and performing minor routine maintenance on equipment, inspecting and maintaining tools, and reporting major repairs to the Building Engineer. Additionally, you will assist in making ready repairs and services, change locks, and make ready keys.


Responsibilities
  • Schedule and perform minor routine maintenance on all appropriate equipment on a regular basis as directed by the Building Engineer.
  • Inspect and maintain all tools in excellent condition.
  • Report all major repairs and requisitions to the Building Engineer.
  • Assist in making ready repairs and services.
  • Change locks and make ready keys.
  • Be knowledgeable of inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance materials.
