Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Culinary Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position comes with a signing bonus for new team members.

Position Summary:

As a Culinary Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food that meets our establishment's standards. Your responsibilities will include the timely and precise preparation of food items for various kitchen areas.

Compensation:

New full-time team members are eligible for a $500 signing bonus upon completion of 90 days of employment.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior culinary experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible and extended hours as needed.
  • Medium work - ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to adapt to varying temperatures in the kitchen environment.

General Expectations:

  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests in a courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate strong listening skills to address concerns from guests and staff.

  • Adhere to grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.
