Job Title: Intern - Help Desk Support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our IT team as a Help Desk Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues, and assisting with the maintenance of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technical support requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues, including hardware and software problems
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless technical support

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and networks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems
