Auto Parts Coordinator Job Description

Classic Collision Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Auto Parts Coordinator to join our team. As an Auto Parts Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of parts to our repair teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and distribute parts in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to center procedures.
  • Check in, tag, and distribute parts immediately upon receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveries.
  • Verify correct parts with mirror match and maintain accurate records.
  • Distribute parts to Parts Carts/Containers and deliver to workstations.
  • Post and scan parts, and return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts.
  • Track incomplete order status and follow up as necessary.
  • Complete parts hot runs as needed and maintain pending credits at zero.
  • Keep the work area clean and well organized.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • General parts knowledge preferred.
