Senior Cleaning Technician Position Overview

The Jack Laurie Group is seeking an experienced Senior Cleaning Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our service standards across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and training to new cleaning technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site audits to maintain and improve cleaning standards.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients.
  • Provide coverage for call-offs and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed.
  • Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various facility types as needed.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the professional cleaning industry.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 5:00pm to 1:00am.
  • Experience working in diverse environments, including medical and industrial settings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel between different job sites as required.
