Job Summary:

The Senior Environmental Manager will be responsible for leading the environmental group, managing project budgets and schedules, and directing project teams effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage workloads. Additionally, the candidate should have a general aptitude for identifying and resolving complex technical problems in the field, utilizing critical thinking and logical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identifying and securing clients and business/project opportunities
* Preparing successful proposals and negotiating professional service fees and contracts
* Providing technical review and technical leadership for the environmental group
* Mentoring and leading project Team Members to successfully complete assigned responsibilities

Requirements:

* Competency using computer operating systems and MS Office Suite programs
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage workloads
* Ability to understand and adapt to change and react productively to frequent interruptions and changing conditions
