We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AWS-based cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business needs for scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed architecture diagrams, documentation, and best practices for AWS infrastructure.
  • Optimize AWS cloud resources (compute, storage, networking) for cost-effectiveness and performance.
  • Monitor AWS environments to ensure operational efficiency and resolve performance issues.
  • Oversee the deployment and configuration of AWS services, including EC2 instances, RDS databases, S3 storage, VPCs, and load balancers.
  • Establish and enforce AWS security best practices, including network security, identity and access management (IAM), and data protection.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, development, and operations teams to integrate AWS infrastructure with applications and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for AWS-related issues and projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure components, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in AWS infrastructure-as-code tools and automation practices.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS security best practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex AWS infrastructure issues.
  • Ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and manage high-impact projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively interacting with stakeholders and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or similar certifications.
  • Familiarity with other cloud providers (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools is beneficial.
