About the Role

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations and our company's health and safety standards.

As a Safety Director, your primary duty will be to ensure the safety and health of all employees, contractors, and visitors at our construction site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Safety Plan.
  • Providing safety training and awareness programs to all site personnel.
  • Ensuring all safety equipment is in good working order and readily available.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all safety-related activities and incidents.
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies such as OSHA and keeping abreast of new safety regulations and standards.
  • Promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.
Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Safety Director position should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager in the construction industry.
  • Experience in a safety role within a construction company.
