Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health programs to promote healthy behaviors and prevent disease among students.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive health services to students.
- Conduct health screenings and provide medical care as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate and confidential health records for students.
- Provide health education and counseling to students, parents, and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in North Carolina.
- National school nurse certification within three years of hire.
